Lots to do at Paul B. Johnson

Whether you are old or young, Mississippi's beautiful state park offers a variety of activities to fulfill the

scripture that says, "...whatever your heart shall desire" (Deut. 14:26). Besides the listed activities below, there is

swimming, sun bathing on the beach, camp fires in the evening, bike riding (bring your own bikes), feeding the ducks,

pool and Foosball tables, a game room full of video games, basketball courts, and just walking the many trails throughout

the park.

Fishing:

There is nothing more relaxing than catching up on some fresh water fishing. Set the hook from one of the many well placed fishing piers throughout the park or bring your boat and explore the pristine hiding places of all types fish Mississippi has to offer. Catch enough and we'll have a fish fry by the end of the Feast!

Disc Golf:

One of the well known features of Paul B. Johnson park is the professional disc golf tour course called Desert Fox. This 18 hole disc golf course provides great exercise and fun for all.

Croquet Tournament:

When's the last time you played croquet? I can't think of a better activity to bring old and young together in some friendly competition. We'll set up the course at the beginning of the Feast for some pre-tournament games. Then  toward the last of the Feast, we will draw up a double elimination bracket and see who wins.
